Gift Pass: Vitality Bespoke 8 weeks Intense 1:1 programme
Bespoke course of 8 x 30mins sessions at £250.
This will include:
-8 x 30mins follow ups
-1 x nutrition & evaluation report with body composition assessment
-A nutrition and lifestyle plan
-You would get 3 months ongoing support.
The sessions are offered 1 x week (every week) on a day that suits us both. Ideally at least one a month to be in person and the rest can be in person or online.
The pass is valid for 3 months. The pass can only be bought after you have had an initial consultation with Vitality Dietitian.
